How do I filter a report?

RiskManager offers a variety of different reports that allow you to view your users’ progress in their courses. You can filter these reports to show only information pertinent to your interests. To read a description of the most frequently used reports, click here.

To filter a report:

  • Customize your date range. The date range filters the selected report by removing any users that have not been created or courses that have not been registered for in the selected date range. The default date range for reports is one month back from the current day, but it often makes sense to push back the start date to several years in the past, in order to ensure that you see all of the information you are interested in.
  • Add a filter to include data for only a smaller subset of your staff. There are several filters available, including user group, name, course, and active status.
  • Click a header to sort the information in the report by that header.

Once you've set-up a report however you'd like, you can save it for easy access in the reports list by creating a bookmark.
